Elevated levels of sign-in errors for NordLayer Control Panel, Service Management Portal and applications were noticed around 19:00 UTC. NordLayer engineering team started investigated possible issues. Main culprit was identified by 20:20 UTC and issue was fully resolved by 23:00 UTC.
